[Roadsters] [SPAM] Datsun horn repair

?neither of the horns on my early 67 worked.  I took them apart, couldn't 
figure out how to fix them, and then put them back together.  I was rather 
surprised and self congratulatory when in fact they started working.  ergo, 
if you  just take them apart as another lister said, make sure they aren't 
stuck, you may also be surprised.
