[Roadsters] Door limiter assembly

Hello to All,

I purchased a 1600 (1967.5) through Mike Young in May and have
been working on 
it for the past months (it's in Miami, Florida, now). During
this time, I 
have enjoyed reading up on the problems encounterd by list
members and more 
importantly, the solutions proposed/suggested/recommended by
others. Thanks and 
congratulations to you all, for enlightening an amateur
grease monkey.

Now I have a problem of my own. The door limiter bracket
inside one of my car's 
door posts is torn and I want to repair it. I found
the following website that 
has the parts (bracket and retainer
spring):  http://www.hrc-dat.com.au/sub2.htm
but OUCH!!! Any suggestions for a
more reasonable option?
