[Roadsters] smog exemption rules in Arizona for Datsun Roadsters

Hi all,
  What are the smog laws in Arizona for a 1968 Datsun Roadster?   I would 
hope they are smog exempt like California due to the age of the  car.  Are 
there any special smog exemption criteria to register a 1968  datsun roadster 
in Arizona?
