[Roadsters] spark plugs

I put a new set into the Roadster for the second half of the drive home from MidOhio last week. When I pulled them to check (replace) them, they were pretty bad. 

My question is this: Since these plugs have less than 500 miles on them, now that I have fixed the timing and re-set my carbs, can I clean them up and continue to use them? Or once they are carboned up, are they shot?
