[Roadsters] Gas tank sealing and fuel lines

What do they use and does this degrade over time because of the 
expsosure to the gas?

"What do they use?"  Depends on the process and the company.  There are 
several products out there to seal a vehicle.  This is like asking what 
fabric to people wear.  There are multiple options.

"Does it degrade over time because of the exposure to gas"  Not if you 
use the right stuff.  Only an idiot would use something in a gas tank 
that degrades due to exposure to gas.  That would kind of defeat the 
purpose, don't you think?
