[Roadsters] --> Re: 2 litre carb bolts on ebay

Bob,

 Not meant as a flame or to challenge, but according to my parts manual,
both SU's and Solex use that style banjo bolts, but since Nissan gave them
separate part numbers, I wonder if they are interchangeable?  Perhaps a
different thread or length?

Su's   = 16108-18010  
Solex  = 16108-25520

  Can anybody chip in $0.02 and clear up my confusion?

I have no idea about SUs, but my 44PHH-2 carbs have one each of these 
banjo bolts.

As you say, a brass screen sleeves over the bolt, which holds the fuel 
supply barb to the float chamber.
