[Roadsters] stuck rear brake

HELP! Last fall I noticed that the right rear brake was sticking on my 69
2000. I put it on my list of things to do over the winter. This morning my son
ask if it was still OK for him to drive the Roadster to the Prom Saturday
night! aggghhhh!! So now I am trying to get the drum off and it won't budge.
The hand brake is loose. The adjuster won't turn either way.
There is no pressure in the wheel cylinder. What do I do next besides hope for
rain?
