I guess I should have explained that FMSI refers to the "Frictions Materials Standards Institute, which 
provides a comprehensive catalog listing of all brake pad shapes used in the industry.

I found the answer.  In case anyone else needs it:    for the Dunlop MKII caliper, the FMSI number for the pad is D23-702IM
