  If you ever pull that plug with the motor apart, don't bother to replace
it.  Taps the hole and PLUG it.  I've seen a few of them pop out after
reinstalled.

There is another plug on the rear of the engine as well, but if that was 
left out, you'd know pretty quickly because you'd fill the clutch area 
with out, and it would leak out...
