[Roadsters] Valve Cover discovery...

I actually have an iron head in my parts box.  The H20 motor that was in 
the car came with that, but I elected to use one of my spare aluminum 
heads for the rebuild.  I'm keeping the iron head, as I hear the 
aluminum ones had problems, and if that happens, I'll swap back to it.
