[Roadsters] Child car-seat restraint bolt

moss motors and victoria british have belts for british cars that are about 
the same size/configuration.  plus there is a company in tyler? texas call 
ssnake-oyl.com that does seat belts.  nfi and no experience with them 
either.  ymmv

many people attach the anchor to the upper part of the rear wheel arch with 
a large washer.

just remember the physics involved - you've got 100 to 200 pounds moving at 
some speed that all this is supposed to stop.  seat belts are serious 
things; please be safe.  and may you never have to rely on them.
