[Roadsters] Two quick questions

I put a NAPA Gas Cap on my 70 1600  BK 703-1035 $4.19

It's the type that is used with a door hiding the cap but it was a nice fit
and the only one he could find to fit the neck.

Does any one know what gas cap I can go buy to use on a 70 1600? Until I
replace the filler neck, my extra chrome caps don't fit tight enough to stay
on. 

Is there a way to test a stcok fuel pump that is not on the motor?
