We're in the middle of what may turn out to be the hottest summer on
record here in central Texas. So many 100 plus days I've lost count
and we're just now getting into the "traditionally" hot part of the
summer, plus we're building a house.

It's often said that if you don't like Texas weather, wait a minute.
We've been "waiting" for two months and we're ready for it to change,
but the way things are going it'll just get hotter! :>)
