Actually, I used to run Weiand's just like these and you can run the
breather hose to them.  There's a spot on the rear plate that can be punched
out for a elbow to connect the hose to or you can put an elbow on both
filters and run to a Tee between them with the hose attached to the Tee.
I did not have shorty stacks under them though.
Solex's with 50mm horns under an ITG now...

I like the look of these more than the ITG's (look a little more
"period"), but use of them does preclude the crankcase breather, and
you'd want to put a "shorty" air horn underneath them, as I think it is
undesireable to run without.
