Going off to the BBQ. Car started fine, stopped for gas, thankfully before I
really started the trip, and no va no more.

Brand New Coil was almost too hot to touch. Took a cab home to get the leaky,
but functioning Lucas - still no va.

Chris & Kevin think I might have fried the pertronics -
Questions

How do I test a distributor
Any idea why this happened in the first place. All I did was swap the coil
How do I test a coil


Help!! I am an electrical klutz.
