[Roadsters] 67.5 1600 electrical issues

  Recently dragged my 67.5  1600 out of storage after 10 years.   My New
Year's resolution is to either get it running and restored or sell it.  The
last time I tried to start it, I used jumper cables and crossed the poles.
This resulted in one of the gauges being smoked.  I have no idea where to
start.   What needs to be replaced?  What order do I start working.  Any
advice would be appreciated.
