[Roadsters] Restoring my first roadster

Make that 3x what the Matt said...

Put in some miles on the car (if it is running) if not, find out if it will
run with minimal input. Totally find out what a blast the car is, then take
it off the road for a restore, if you dare.

I have had mine off the road for 4 months (just an engine rebuild) and miss it
every weekend. But then I jump in the 240z turbo, and I seem to not mind
until next weekend...

Maybe for next year's Polar Bear Run...

Take PLENTY of picture before and during tear down, that is probably the most
ubiquitous piece of advice for any rebuild/restore.

Have fun, Eric G

I second what Matt said. Get it running with a minimum of tear down. Then
decide what's next.

If you aren't already, get on www.311s.org. It is another great resource.

Enjoy,
