hi steve, you have too much free play on the pedal, or the arm
coming out of the bell housing. the play at the arm on the bell
hsing. should be 1/8 to 1/4 in.; no more. on the pedal, be sure
there is 1- 11/2 in. free play(at the top) before the pedal gets
hard to push. do it by hand so you can feel the play better. if the
rod on the clutch pedal isnt adjustable, you might need to get one
that is threaded, as the original roadster setup is, and, there
should be a spring on the arm to bell hsng, and an adjustable rod,
so you can adj. free play there, too. if this doesnt make sense,
please call me. 1 614 418 9911.
