[Roadsters] torque rod?

hi everyone
the rod that goes from the rear axle housing to the frame (perpendicular to the axle housing)?  did/do these break regularly?  mine isn't on the car.  the bracket to mount to the axle housing is fine, but the bracket for mounting to the frame appears to have been broken, repaired, and broken again.  does anyone make a new bracket for the frame side, or is there some other popular fix?
