Hey - I build some of those covers years ago.  I just made a metal ring
a little larger then the head light ring, cut a piece of Plexiglas (one
foot square) and put it on a head light ring.  Place in oven for 10
minutes at 250 and push the ring over it to form it around the head
light ring

very cool.  anyone know where i can get some of those aero headlight
covers shown on the red car with the stripe?

and all (or nearly all) of the cars with aftermarket wheels, have pretty
much the same "panasport" design.  why is that?
