[Roadsters] Winter Happenings

Hey List,

Back in June of 2007, our 1966 1600 developed some issues which eventually led
to us taking the car off the road to get some much needed work done. We had
purchased the car in Febrauary of 2007 and had enjoyed it very much until we
took it down. Being from Southern California we can't pretend to know what
winter is really like as people from the Midwest and Northeast have to deal
with, but we did share at least theme of the car being off the road for the
winter and it is now almost done and ready for Solvang.

So we thought we might share a few pictures of the car "in progress". It
really is turning out nicely and we are excited to finally have the car back.
Once it is delivered we will post some before and after pics. we hope you
enjoy them.

Some of you may recognize the venue where the car is currently located. We ran
into some of the San Diego roadster crowd there, and we are already talking
about caravans to Solvang and such -so we know it must be getting close to
Spring!

So for those of you who have to deal with real winters we say that Spring is
coming and then it is roadster time! We hope to see you on the road!
