[Roadsters] Cylinder head

Greg,
How many shops are likely to be able to do that? And if it can be done 
it seems that with a scarity of cylinder heads this process may happen 
more and more. I always here that cylinder heads can be found but I 
don't see them too often on EBAY.

Heads can be straighted by heating without shaving them if the shop is 
set up
to do that.
