Mix it with oil change oil and take it to your local oil collection place.
We poured a quart of old gas on the driveway and lit it thinking that it would burn off rather quickly.  It burned for a long time and made clouds of black smoke.
Another option might be sealing it in an old jug and burying it in the back yard.
I like to pour it on my fence line to keep the weeds down.  I have a toxic perimeter to my yard made of brake fluid, gear oil, gasoline, and oil.
