[Roadsters] Starter problems

"Percussive maintenance".  Worked very well on the main steam isolation 
check valves at Point Beach Nuclear Station until the NRC found out.  I 
understand the standard was "Up to three blows with a 48 ounce hammer at a 
specific location on the valves."
