[Roadsters] 68-70 soft top frame question - dial up users, please don't open

Mine has always had the 1/4" spacer in the centre clamp. Did one of you say
t the side clamps have a spacer too? I may have to try to manipulate the
washers again to see if I can get the centre clamp guide to line up better.
