totally out of line. without a public in front of the list apology to Scott, 
I will have to rethink ever sending business your way or buying parts from 
you again. some of us have to struggle to make ends meet, and on top of your 
unwarranted and unprofessional remarks about the nose bag, you just managed 
to insult every one of us as well. most of us have always had rent or a 
mortgage to pay, and few of us inherit or are loaned enough money from 
family to fund a business. shame on you.
