I have ridden rented motorcycles all over Alaska, the last time was 1200 miles
in 40 hours, 250 on dirt roads. Made it up past the Arctic circle, but not
enough time available to get all the way up to the Arctic Ocean, alas.
I love the natural rides, and there is none better, although Washgton State is
wonderful too.

The Top of the World highway through Fairbanks is supposedly
spectacular. I don't know about the condition of the road for a
roadster, though. Did you pass through that way Craig, or did you
take the more southerly route to Anchorage?
