[Roadsters] Dash off - Local Los Angeles Owners

Got the dash off - will be that way for a few days - thought it would be an
opportunity for local roadster people to 'pop' over to see what is under
there. Like - now I know why my center console 'vent' controls don't work etc,
and just how things are tied together.
