[Roadsters] Replace that radiator cap (was "RE: Distributor need or go electronic")

Subject was recently discussed on the Bluebirds list. A number of folks
resolved mystery cooling problems by just replacing the radiator cap.
They're cheap enough, so if you think it needs replacing, do it. Dean also
sells just the gasket.

Unrelated, my mechanic said I should get a new radiator cap (the one on the
fill gizmo, not the overflow). Mine has a weird almost shoe leather looking
inside of the cap. Any thoughts?
