[Roadsters] Correct tire size?

The original was of course a bias ply tire 5.60 X 14.
An early radial replacement was 155SR X 14. Michelin
X had these. Basically the same size. I think about
as close as you will come in modern tire sizes is
probably about a 165 / 70 X 14 ?? A lot of people run
175/70 X 14's. a 185 is about the limit for the 4.5"
wheels, 175 for the 4" I'd say. YMMV
