Subject: [Buick-rover-v8] Carter 400 CFM

I am interested in running a Carter 400 CFM
(model 9400) carb on a stock Buick 215 V8. I am wondering if any of you have
suggestions for jetting this carb for the 215? I know that there are both
jets
and rods involved in setting these carbs up correctly. Anyone had any
experience with this carb? I would be especially interested if anyone has had
high altitude experience with it as I live at about 4500 feet.
