[British-cars] BN7 Exhaust

Looking for someone with knowledge of the original exhaust setup for the
MkII Tri-Carb BN7, circa 1962.  I see the routing looks like it should be
straight back on the left side, but the cutout on the frame appears to be
made for the larger BJ8 front pipes.  But, the BN7 frame design is different
than the BJ8 in the rear.
 
I know this was a very limited run car and no doubt they did some
custom-on-the-fly design work.  Any pictures or info on just how this was
set up would be very helpful.
