[British-cars] SU H6 Carbs on an MG-TD

Hello List, 

Have a friend asking about putting a set of H6 carbs on his '54 MG-TD,
1-3/4" down to 1-1/4" .  Is there an adaptor/reducer that will allow him to
do this?
