[British-cars] Cleaning Plexiglas WindWings

I had a 2 part Merguires Plexiglas cleaner polisher.  Recently threw it out 
after 10 years of non use it got too hard and I don't have a use for it 
anymore.  Not sure it's still available and frankly I don't remember it 
working that well.
