[British-cars] [TR] Restoration expert stole my car

Wouldn't the government have to prove he actually held title to the cars
before they sold or scrapped.

I haven't ever been through this type of situation (thank God), but you
would think they would be liable if they liquidated the wrong person's
asset's.
