[Bricklin] Oil Filter Connections

Does anyone know if the formed metal tubes connecting the oil filter mount to the oil hoses are Bricklin specific, or if they are off of some other car?  One of mine is leaking around the threads that hold the tube into the adapter that is screwed into the filter mount. I've tried removing and reseating, but that didn't work. I don't want to go to the trouble of having one made up, if they are readily available.
