[Bricklin] Idler Pulley for 74

Trying to find a replacement for the smooth idler pulley that mounts to the
bracket for the alternator.  It's not on any of the parts lists.  I found the
other idler pulley (takes "V" side of belt) and bolt that matches the old one
and passed it on to John to add to the list.  Spent time at Advance Auto today
comparing seven different idler pulleys they had (smooth surface) and could
not find a match. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
