[Bricklin] 74 Speedometer/Cable

I remember the original cable was very hard to connect because it was so
short. I bought a replacement that was about an inch longer and that made the
job much easier. I think that was probably the cable John suggested.
The cable ran pretty close to the exhaust pipe so I used a plastic tie to move
it away from that.
