[Bricklin] Rear bumper question

It is heavy and awkward.  I would recommend two people.

I removed mine by myself and took it down to one nut left for each side. 
Then I would hold the bumper tight to the car while I removed the last two. 
Then removed the bumper.  I did not realize how heavy it was.  If you have 
removed the front bumper it will give you an idea of the weight.
