[Bricklin] Bricklin headlights

My headlights are staying up. I tracked the problem down to a leak in an
actuator. It is the one on the driver's side that is a bugger to remove. The
system has had a lot of problems over the years and I am tempted to replace it
with something simpler and more modern. Any suggestions?

I am aware of the replacement headlight system Terry Tanner developed. Not
sure if that is still available. I also found this video of an electric one,

So my question is, what is the best replacement headlight system available and
who has it?
