[Bricklin] Hub Centric or Lug Centric

Could someone please confirm whether the original Bricklin Wheels need to be
Hub Centric, or Lug Centric balanced?  As I recall, it's Lug Centric, but I'm
not sure.  All I do remember is that shops never could get them balanced right
and even had one shop tell me the wheels were out of round and I think they
were using hub centric equipment.
