Keep it full. Anyone telling you otherwise has no clue what they're talking about. The reservoir will drop as the pads and shoes wear, but in general you want it full after you replace pads and shoes.

Subject: [Bricklin] Brake Fluid Master Cylinder Level
I keep hearing different opinions on how how high the brake fluid level should
be in the master cylinder.B I am hearing anywhere from full to half full.B I
am wondering if anyone has any experience with this on the Bricklin or other
vehicles and how it affects braking.B Do I need to be concerned about fluid
expansion due to heat?
