[Bricklin] Bricklin Tires Replacement

I've got to replace tires on my Bricklin that are not original and close to
15 years old.  They look to be in good shape but I don't trust them because
of their age.  What's size tires are owners using on their cars?  205/16R15
or something else??

 

2nd question - The 'Weights & Measures' it states that the Ground Clearance
is 4.8 inches.  Where is this measurement taken??
