I am not sure how your can record this if the bolt is seized, but there are no torque specs for reinstallation. I often wonder if I got mine to the correct specs. This is the only time I have seen a reference like this in the manual. All the other torque settings are listed in the manual as a predefined amount. Since I removed mine before finding this out I had to torque mine down based on drag. Like I indicated before with a siezed nut I am not sure how you could take a torque setting that would be accurate. Make it a family event and, tour the battlefield, go sight-seeing, etc. I have 2 extra bedrooms and a fold-out sofa in my basement if you need a place to crash. It's not very far from the meet. You are welcome to stay, just let me know. For any other hold-outs, you can register at the meet, but we would like a count for the banquet by Wednesday. Hope to see everyone there. Jacques, If you install the electric fuel pump, especially if it pumps over 4 psi, you'll probably need a regulator to drop the pressure to about 4psi. Otherwise the float may not be able to cut off the fuel supply and the fuel will overflow the carb onto the block. It would probably follow AMC Hornet or Ford Granada/Mercury Monarch depending on 74 or 75. I had mine custom built since my original hose was laying on the engine and the heat caused a place to weaken the hose and it busted. I wanted mine a little longer so I could have some space above the engine to prevent this from happening again. It was very entertaining when it happened with the cold smoke coming from under the car, but it was a pain to clean all the oil off the engine. So I would prefer this to not happen again. http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y5/play8or9/Behind%20the%20Dash/100_1054.jpg Greg 0036 From colemaal at hotmail.com Sun Jul 31 11:34:12 2011 From: colemaal at hotmail.com (Alan Coleman) Date: Sun, 31 Jul 2011 17:34:12 +0000 Subject: [Bricklin] Manassas meet Message-ID: Thanks to George Curley and all the others who worked hard to put on the Eastern meet.
