John,

It is hard to say.  It could be just the frame, but it is certainly not 
original.  There is a lot of information on the web site if you want to dig 
through it.  I kind of skimmed it, so I may have missed something.

I like anything to do with Bricklin history, but in the condition this car 
is in it would take a lot of money to make it good.  Certainly not worth it 
as an investment.
