   IF you use their oil base floor utility  enamel its only 14 bucks a gal and if you catch some of that oil leaking out of your car and add it to the paint it will flow out very very nice and give you a great gloss  oh  you can brush or spray it on</div>

<div>When I buy my paint for my MG-TD I will be getting the Valspar water base 
enamel at Lows.  It's cheep and can be applied with a roller and 
brush.  Lows has a wide selection of colors.  I think that I can paint 
my entire car with 1 Gal and the clean-up is easy.</div>

  step.  Step 2 will be the switch to finger paints.  At that 
  point  the EPA will be happy as the elimination of toxicity in automotive
