      I titled, registered, and got vintage plates my 73 Europa for the
      first time last year.  The title had been lost and it was last
      registered in Cali in 1993, so I had to jump through hoops, but no
      safety inspection.<br>

                    don't need a safety or emissions.  As long as its at
                    least 30 years old.  You technically only supposed
                    to drive for car shows and club activities.  But how
                    are they going to know?  </div>

                                        night! Drove it from Logan to
                                        North Ogden with no problems (I
                                        even hit a streach of I-15 at 65
                                        mph). It looks good (but not
                                        perfect)<var

                                        definately be a driver. Now I
