I called the <span class=e>DMV</span> and there is some confusion there as to whether an inspection was needed. My captain is working with them to help make sure they are on the same page.</DIV><br><br>

<DIV>Look under section 1(b)(iii), it says a vintage vehicle is excluded from the safety inspection requirement. </DIV><br><br>
