Subject: Important Information for Rolling Car Show Tomorrow - July 4th

Dear Car Drivers,
We are thrilled you are planning to join us tomorrow morning for our Fourth
of July Car Show!  I wanted to share a few details so things can go
smoothly tomorrow morning.

   - Please plan to arrive at 9:00 AM to Eastwood Elementary School (3305
   South Wasatch Blvd). *Drivers must pull into the parking lot on
   northside of the school.*  (It looks small, but there is plenty of
   parking around the backside of the school).  No parking is allowed on
   Wasatch Blvd. Millcreek City has asked us to keep that clear of traffic.
   - We will have a registration card for each driver.  The registration
   card serves two purposes: Identifies the driver and car make/model for our
   Facebook Live broadcast and also allows you to be eligible for prizes from
   the online voting of residents.
   - We will supply a map, step by step directions, and numbers to tape on
   your car windows that morning.
   - As cars start to leave the parking lot, there will be a sign that says
   "stop here."  Please pause at the sign for a few seconds so we can get a
   good visual of your car and mention your name online.
   - Millcreek City has asked that no candy, fliers, or other items be
   passed to residents along the route.
   - Cars start rolling at 10:00 AM sharp!
