Hi all...
Have been wrestling with guilt and conflicts the last couple of weeks – I have been offered a car I can’t turn down but only have 2 garages spaces and limited funds so the Herald – although so close to be ready for the road (95%) has to go... below is an almost complete list of what I have done and have in it –  If I could get $6000 for it, that   would almost cover my costs and someone would get a great car – almost completed ...

Herald Convertible – 1967 1200cc

White with White top and red interior.
Original paint – no rust damage but paint has worn thin in places – but decided to keep it as original as possible. (Some engine bay paint has been redone) 

New master clutch cylinder and slave cylinder.
New master brake cylinder 
New brake cylinder all wheels 
New brake shoes all whee
New big end bearings
New clutch
New U Joints 
New Battery
New steering knuckle joints and rubber steering bellows  
Rebuilt twin SU carbs
Turned  brake drums
New Carpet
New soft top
Hood frame cleaned and repainted
New  carpets 
New Windscreen glass, Windscreen rubber and trim 
New windup window rubbers/felt
New wiper arms and wiper blades
New seats (reupholstered) and new panels 
Refinished (varnished) wood dash
New Horn button 
New tires (5)
Wheel rim (5) blasted and painted 
Gas tank removed cleaned and painted – new seals
Assorted new trim seals 
and and and .......(manuals/spare parts etc etc)_
